This post was last updated on March 25, 2020 with new information for those outside the U.S.
In light of ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19 and its potential impact on supply chain disruptions, Saltstick would like to reassure our customers concerning our product availability. At this time, Saltstick does not foresee any shortages of our products or disruptions in our supply chain in the near future; however, shipping times outside the United States may be delayed.
At SaltStick, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners throughout the supply chain. To that end, we are closely monitoring the outbreak to determine any potential impact on our manufacturing.
Within the U.S. | At this time, we do not foresee shortages or supply chain issues at SaltStick in the near future. Domestic distributors, retailers and customers purchasing SaltStick products direct from our e-commerce site—including U.S. Vitassium Club members—should continue to proceed as normal.
Outside the U.S. | At this time, we do not foresee shortages at SaltStick in the near future. However, air cargo service from the U.S. has been severely impacted and near future shipments will be more expensive than usual. At the moment, ocean freight is “business as usual”; however, many are predicting a spike in demand due to increased air service costs and limited schedules. Please take a moment to assess your SaltStick needs for the coming 6 months+ and consider if starting an ocean shipment now will help avoid costly delays this summer.
SaltStick: Manufactured in the USA and Committed to Safety

This pharmaceutical-grade facility is visited and inspected regularly by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), NSF, State regulators, as well as members of the SaltStick team.
